Q. What are your policies
A. individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer
and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject
to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website
do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right
to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason. POLICY
How do you ship?
A. We ship via UPS ground. The minimum shipping
cost ranges between $9.00 - $15.00 depending on where you are located in the Continential U.S., and it will go up based on weight
and location. Some things we ship truck freight, minimum charge
is $100.00 (only for frames and whole multicylinder engines inside
the USA). For ATV Front or Rear fenders (utility) the minimum
shipping charge is $75.00 per fender. We do not drop ship.

Do you have my part in stock?
A. We do not keep any parts in our facility
all parts are kept in Honda's National Parts System warehouses
. Everything we receive is sourced directly from this warehouse
system. The parts on average take a day to arrive in our facility,
are sorted, packed and are shipped to you the same day they are
received. Our fill ratio on orders is a very high 97%+, so it
is uncommon for us to be backordered.

Can you ship Air?
A. Yes, we can ship 2nd day or next day
air via UPS. Please remember the shipping time is 2nd day or
next day from the time we ship the parts to you, not from the
day you order.

How long does the order take to get to me with ground shipping?
A. It takes on average 1-2 business days to get the parts
to our facility and then 3-5 days business to reach you depending on your
location in the US. This could be delayed if we cross ship the part from
anouther warehouse. If you want to see how many days it takes
to get from us to you, on average, please look at our shipping
chart.

Do you ship International?
A. Yes, International orders must meet the following criteria: The order must be greater that $150.00 before shipping is added. All part numbers must be provided by the customer. Orders can be submitted at www.xtremeusa.com, emailed to parts@servicehonda.com or faxed to 219-931-5557 Attention Parts. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks before expecting delivery of your order. All returns require prior
authorization by e-mailing us at parts@servicehonda.com. ALL returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping charges and reorder shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer regardless of fault. No returns on electrical components or items under $30.00 will be approved. Items must be returned within 90 days of the original order date in the original packaging with the labels in tact.

What are shipping restrictions?
A. We DO NOT ship to :

- APO Address
- For first time customers we can
only ship to your billing address. If it's your P.O. Box then
we need a physical home address.

Do you know availability of parts before you order?
A. Our
fill ratio on orders in a very high 97%, so it uncommon for us
to be backordered. If something is

Do you deal in used parts
A. We deal with new O.E.M. Honda parts,
and many brands of aftermarket parts.

Do you sell Honda tools?
A. No, Honda's official position on special
tools is to make enough tools for dealer use. If the tool part #
starts out with 06, 07, or 08, it is very unlikely we will be able
to provide them to you. However in the tool section of powersportrider.com
you may order aftermarket tools, these tools are readily available.
Q.
Can I add to an order?
A. Unfortunatly once in the system there
is no way to add to an order. In the event you have forgotten
something and you call us immediatly after placing you order often
we can cancel the first order and make a new order including the
parts that you had forgotten. (Be sure to call right away if you
have questions or need to add an item: 800.828.5498)

Do you sell frames or L. side engine crankcases?
A. Yes, but if the model is 400cc or larger
we need a Drivers License, Frame number, and Engine Number. we then order from Honda, this can take from a week or longer for the part to come in Honda does not give us times or dates for these parts.
Q.
If I order through the web or the 800# can I pick up the order
from your shop?
A. Our operation relies on an very effecient
flow of parts inorder to keep prices low and the value you receive
from us high. Picking up your parts at our facility disrupts this
flow, so in order to be fair to all customers and provide maximum
value to every one of our customers we cannot provide for will
call orders, all orders place through our web site and parts center
must be shipped to you our valued customer.

Will I need any info when I call the 800 # for painted parts (ex. cowls /fenders/fuel tanks)?
A. Yes, we will need your VIN & also your color code from off of your bike, to make sure we look up the correct painted items for your year and model.
Q.
How do i use the Interactive Price Page and do you have the parts if it comes up with a price?
A. Please make sure to have Caps lock on! Make sure to us the dashes ( - ) in there correct places for ex. ( 53230-KS4-010 ), And always use the # 0 and never the letter O. The Interactive price page is a price data base stright from Honda, but it does not mean we have the parts in stock! Honda does put out updates almost every month so prices are subject to change at a moments notice. |
